How do I set up the app?

Open the Hornet App on your mobile device and sign in with your username and password.
2️⃣ Enter Your Verification Code
Once logged in, enter the 6-digit code sent to your registered phone number to verify your identity.
3️⃣ Enable Push Notifications
After logging in, you’ll see a task prompting you to enable push notifications. Simply tap the task or go to your settings page to turn them on.
📌 Tip: Make sure notifications are allowed in your device settings so Hornet can send important alerts.
4️⃣ Unlock OneTap Authentication
Once push notifications are enabled, OneTap Authentication will be unlocked. Just toggle it on to enjoy fast, one-tap logins whenever you access your Hornet portal.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Ensure you’re entering the correct credentials.
If using 2FA, verify the code is correct and not expired.
Reset your password via the Hornet Portal. 
If the issue persists, contact Hornet Support at support@hornet.capital

The app isn’t generating codes.

Accepted Answer

Make sure your device time is set to automatic.
Restart the app and try again.
If the issue persists, reinstall the app.

I lost my device. How do I recover my access?
