Master of Dates & Requirements:

• Build and maintain systems to track key dates, obligations, and accountability across all legal agreements.

Agreement Whisperer:

• Analyze purchase and sale agreements, lienholder consents, intercreditor agreements, and more to ensure lender and collateral protections.

Code Keeper:

• Stay current on Texas Property and Finance Codes, UCC filings, and case law updates. You’ll be our go-to for interpreting legalese.

Legal Liaison:

• Often, we'll need to consult outside counsel. You know who to call and what to ask.

Zoning & Entitlement Sleuth:

• Help assess floodplain jurisdiction, zoning rules, and other entitlement traps throughout Texas to guide what can be built and where.

Out-of-State Explorer:

• Occasionally assist with out-of-state matters, including finding local counsel and researching foreclosure timelines.

Legal Educator:

• Create frameworks and training for internal team members to become second-eyes reviewers.

Title & Survey Detective:

• Dive into title and survey reviews to support the lending team and REO analysis.

Collaborator Extraordinaire:

• Work closely with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to keep everything legally sound and strategically aligned.
